Vornado Announces Results of Annual Meeting
PARAMUS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) announced today that at its 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") shareholders re-elected Robert P. Kogod, David Mandelbaum and Dr. Richard R. West as Trustees to serve until Vornado's Annual Meeting in 2010 and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as Vornado's independent registered public accounting firm. The Meeting was adjourned until 2:00 p.m., May 22, 2007, and the polls will remain open until then, solely with respect to the shareholder proposal described in the Company's proxy statement for the Meeting. The Meeting will resume regarding this proposal only at Vornado's offices at 210 Route 4 East, Paramus, New Jersey.
