Vornado Completes Sale of Tysons Dulles Plaza Office Building Complex

PARAMUS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its 482,000 square foot Tysons Dulles Plaza office building complex located in Tysons Corner, Virginia for approximately $152.8 million, which resulted in a net gain of approximately $56 million. The asset was unencumbered.
